Having revisited my favorite childhood cartoon recently on youtube, how could I pass up a drawing challenge for it? I based this on one of my personal favorite episodes, "A Brush with Oblivion". Its one of the few episodes featuring the villain Splatter Phoenix, a rejected artist who can pass through paintings. It takes place at an art gallery and features shout outs to several famous artists of the past, something that went over my head as a kid. Man, I loved this show back in the day.
